Fermented Cabbage Detox
2 cups of chopped cabbage (I prefer 1 ½ of green and ½ of purple as it makes it much smoother and tasty to drink)
2 cups of clean water RO preferred, anything other than tap or bottled.
1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
Blend well and add to a glass jar. Cover the jar with part of a paper towel so the lid doesn’t rust.
Set for 3 full days at room temperature in a cool dark place.
Day 3, the ferment is ready to drink. I usually refrigerate for a few hours before consuming as it tastes better cold.
24 Hour Ferment
Take one cup of the already fermented product then add 2 cups of chopped cabbage, 2 cups of water, 1 tsp of salt.
Let set 24 hours at room temperature, then refrigerate.
Start off by taking one cup per day for a few days. You may or may not have a reaction where the colon will want to purge. It usually takes about an hour. I personally have worked up to 3 cups per day and really enjoy the effects of bright glowing skin and detoxing the small intestines and colon.
